Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp gin
  • 3/4 cup ginger ale
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • A couple cucumber ribbons
  • A few ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup pimms

Directions

  1. Add the gin, ginger ale, and lemon juice to a highball glass or mason jar. Stir it all together, then add the cucumber ribbons and ice. Slowly pour the pimms on top for an ombre effect and stir right before drinking.
